Most notably, launched our TGE on August 9th, dropped an airdrop for Tier5 NFT holders, announced the Tier1 NFTs airdrop date, and kicked off our node staking event. Open API Protocol Integration
From now on NeurochainAI’s AI Inference DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure network) is fully compatible with the Open API protocol. Validator Network MVP
This major milestone brings a lot of exciting updates for our community and infrastructure. Some of them include:
- Enhanced Efficiency: With the Validator Network MVP launch, the NCN Chain is one step closer to implementing the PoW + PoS consensus mechanism. This cornerstone will drive our vision of a fully community-powered, open-source DeAI!
- AI Mining Rewards: From now on AI mining rewards for all connected GPUs will drop straight into your wallet as soon as your compute is confirmed.
Worker Updates - v0.8.1
Enhanced Security: we’re stepping up our game! Workers now handle encryption and decryption of payload messages, giving data an extra layer of protection against vulnerabilities.
Resource Monitoring: our workers will collect system metrics at startup (RAM, CPU, disk space) to ensure they can smoothly handle new models. This will help prevent any resource-related issues.
Internal Updates: adding support for GGUF quantization models in our next release, keeping our system in sync with the latest tech advancement.
Attention, Linux Users! Please make sure to update your workers by next week to stay compatible, as we’ll be deprecating API version 0.6.0. This update is crucial to ensuring smoother operations across the board.

The TGE also marked the launch of the NCN Chain’s node validator network, with a limited release of 10,000 Neuron Validator Nodes for early adopters. Reminder for Early Android AI "Mining" App Testers
It’s been nearly a month since we invited the first 4,000 early testers to explore our Android app for AI "Mining" and share their feedback. We’ve received valuable insights so far:
"It’s user-friendly; the buttons are easy to use and understand."
"The app interface is very simple and convenient."
"The application is good now; hopefully, it will get even better in the future."
"Good performance overall, though it's not perfect. It hasn't crashed or lagged yet, but there’s room for improvement."
As promised, we will be distributing 50 $NCN to those who meet the following criteria:
- You must be whitelisted and selected by us (using your email and wallet address).
- You need to have installed the app and connected it with the wallet used during sign-up.
- Complete the onboarding feedback form here: Onboarding Feedback Form (Ensure you include the same wallet address).
- Fill out the feedback form after using the app for one month here: After Using the Appm for One Month Feedback Form (Again, include the same wallet address).
- Your app should have been "mining" AI for at least 30% of the first month.
